Honestly, I’ve never been the hugest Panahi fan, but when he is great, he is special. HIs ability to weave non-actors into the guerilla filmmaking process while producing a truly taut and scarily enthralling race across the edge of a dusty knife for the fate of a man’s life - is extraordinary. It is thrilling and edgy, mixing humor and heartache in a stirring quest for the meaning and questioned must for revenge.
