THE STRANGE COLOR OF YOUR BODY'S TEARS (2013)

January 10, 2015 by Jacob Nelson in 2013, S, DRAMA, 5

1/10/2015 – The Strange Color of Your Body’s Tears (2013) – 5+/10

An Argento flourish, with a hint of Jordowosky, a splash of Lynch, and an aroma of Aaronofsky, The Strange Color of Your Body's Tears is one trippy, sexed up oddity. Kind of like if Requiem for a Dream was making out with Beyond the Black Rainbow, but then the lights went out and somehow leather and blades got added to the mix. You are mostly into it, but things are getting rough and you are having reservations... Sloppy but engrossing and most certainly not for everyone, or even most.
