The worst film in this year’s Oscars race. Just a truly unredeemable and unnecessary - a near worthless and completely unamus-ing hacking fit of sequelitis. Coming 2 felt like a payday for Murphy and Snipes, a bald faced appeal to nostalgia with pop music covers from the 80s/90s, and a chance for more make-up shenanigans. That is probably its greatest strength, but that again is redundant nonsense that does little for the film. There is just nothing good going on here.
