THE TRAGEDY OF MACBETH (2021)

March 23, 2022 by Jacob Nelson in 2021, 6, DRAMA, Oscars 2022, T

1/22/22 - The Tragedy of Macbeth (2021) - 6/10

The perfect example of a well-made film that I absolutely didn’t care about. The cinematography was stark and alluring, the acting strong, and the filmification of this stage play eccentrically enticing. That all said, I really didn’t ever get into it. Maybe it will capture your soul, but besides the amazing & odd Kathryn Hunter as the witches, the film didn’t stick to my ribs in any way.
